FAQ

1. How long does it take to ship out tab my order?

It takes 1-3 business days to ship any online tab orders out with the exception of some orders placed on Friday's. If an order is placed on Friday it will most likely ship out on Monday. Orders with "Stitching Service" added can take an extra day or two to ship due to the extra work required. All "Made to Order" tabs take a minimum of 1 week to make before they ship out. (TABS NO LONGER FOR SALE)

2. Will I receive tracking information?

All orders have tracking information added the PayPal transaction/account used to pay once shipping label has been created. It does NOT mean your order has already shipped though. It just means your order is being processed. 

3. I got a tracking number from PayPal but my tracking number shows no updates or movement?

As mentioned above in question 2, if paypal sends you an email it only means your order is being processed for packing. It doesn't mean it has shipped out. You will receive an email from the actual site once you order has been picked up or dropped off at the post but it may still take a day for updates to show. I can not control how fast USPS updates its tracking information once a package is received by them.

4. How long will it take for me to get my order?

Shipping time varies with location so I can NOT tell you exactly how long it will take for the package to get to you. I ship orders via USPS Priority Mail (WITH TRACKING). International orders are shipped Priority Mail with tracking as well and can take a week or more to arrive to you and I am not responsible for any delays the package may have.

5. When are you going to have "such and such" tabs or "such and such tab size"? 

I am buying the shoes myself so when I find the shoes with the proper tabs for a price I am willing to pay I will buy the shoes. I am spending my own money to buy shoes with tabs I plan to make and sell so please be patient while I find the shoes with the tabs I still need.

6. How come I can't find or add the item I want to cart?

If you can not find or add the item to cart it is probably sold out or just plain not available yet or at all. You can also try to use the contact page for any other questions you may have as well.

7. Refunds

All sales are final.

 We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us but all sales are final.

 Beat 2 Heat Restorations may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’,‘saleable’ and 'still sealed' condition within 15 days of purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Beat 2 Heat Restorations to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
